At 13, Ben not only concentrates on his school work in one of Hillsborough County's Magnet Schools, but he also is an athlete who plays Power Soccer and a young entrepreneur by running his company, Ben's Mends.

Ben beating the odds of living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy has gone on to prove that you can accomplish great things when you are put to the test of any given any circumstance.
